SB-9 Housing Development will allow a Single Family Residence zone lot to be split into a maximum of two residential units.
Perhaps the most important conditions are: that the property can’t be located within a landmark Or historic district. Also, the applicant must occupy one of the units as their principal residence for at least three years from the day of approval.
